The Carnegie Mellon University Computer Vision Club, is a student organization that was founded in the Fall of 2016 by the students in the Masters of Computer Vision program in the Robotics Institute. We welcome industry sponsors/partnerships and have worked with computer vision industry titans such as Oculus, Magic Leap, Google, Nvidia and Vicarious in the past. Members typically participate in talks, projects and presentations where people share the research or fun project they have been working on. While Computer Vision has historically been a part of the Robotics Institute, we strive to create an inclusive and interdisciplinary group of people ranging from Filmmakers and Game designers to Biology and Physics students. We are proud to be one of the first student organizations solely focused on Computer Vision among the major universities in the US. Check out the FAQ and Projects section for more information.
